Sing and perform play the part of an American Idol contestant and perform on center stage at the finale.
This evening is a talent search contest to showcase the hidden singers and talented people that you may have hiding within your Company.
During the dinner guests will be divided by teams and will have the opportunity to choose what song and / or performance prefer to do
Viewers vote to decide which singing / performers to advance to the next round. Judges assess each act before viewers vote two performers off the show until only two remain for a final competition top determine the winner.
